Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Aurion, an AI-native family assistant for household calendars, tasks, reminders, voice interactions, and daily coordination.
Agreement
By using Aurion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Aurion. If you create or administer a household account, you are responsible for managing members, permissions, connected services, and shared devices.
Family data and permissions
Aurion is designed around a shared household space. Calendar entries, tasks, notes, reminders, preparation checklists, profile information, and assistant conversations may be visible to household members or administrators depending on configuration. You are responsible for information you add and permissions you grant.
Connected services
You may connect third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, iCloud, email providers, speech services, or AI providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. You authorize Aurion to access and process connected-service data as needed to provide features you enable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Aurion, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate others’ rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use Aurion to create, store, or distribute abusive, deceptive, or illegal material.
AI and voice features
Aurion may generate suggestions, summaries, reminders, and other outputs using AI and voice technologies. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety, or time-sensitive decisions.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Aurion collects, uses, and protects information.
Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Aurion may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Intellectual property
Aurion software, design, branding, and service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to content you provide and grant the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you and your household.
Termination
You may stop using Aurion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created a security risk, or used the service unlawfully.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Aurion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost data, profits, or business opportunities.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
